01Challenge

Confesercenti needed to onboard hundreds of regional SMBs into a digital-maturity programme, with each business answering a multi-step assessment that mapped to public-funding opportunities. The original plan involved PDFs, email and a spreadsheet - at scale, it would have collapsed.

02Approach

We built a portal with three roles (SMB, consultant, HUB analyst), gated the assessment behind a persistent profile, and let analysts compose reports from assessment data using prebuilt blocks. Authentication is OAuth + magic links so the SMB side stays painless.

03Outcome

Over 600 SMBs completed the assessment in the first programme cycle. Analyst report time dropped from two hours per business to twenty minutes. The HUB now runs annual cycles on the same platform.
